These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cbb22 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the cbb22 website located at cbb22.io and any associated mobile or browser-based interfaces.

By accessing the cbb22 website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform — whether on sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, European Roulette, Tennis markets, or any other product — you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety.

cbb22 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: cbb22 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• A legally binding instruction from a regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authority.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cool-off period.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a player's own breach of these terms, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that has not cleared wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any required compliance checks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cbb22 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gambling activity in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any cbb22 platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on cbb22 platform content.
• Use the cbb22 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of cbb22 intellectual property will constitute an infringement of cbb22's rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbb22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether planned or unplanned, including those caused by technical failures, maintenance, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or account balance information resulting from data feed failures or third-party provider errors.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred on the platform. Gambling involves risk; all wagers are placed at your own discretion and risk.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, cbb22's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of your account balance at the time the incident occurred.

In the event of a dispute between you and cbb22, the following process applies:

Notwithstanding the above, cbb22 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or platform integrity.
